Join me for a fun filled morning of cupcake decorating. In a few short hours I will show you how to level up your cupcake decorating game and wow your friends and family at your next gathering. I’ll demonstrate how I make my favourite Swiss Meringue Buttercream, we’ll talk about colouring techniques and the best colours to use. I’ll show you how to use my three favourite piping tips and we’ll also do some piping practice before decorating your cupcakes. It’s going to be such a fun morning and I’d love for you to join me!!

Location: Workshops are conducted in my home in Middle Park. You will receive an email confirming your class and details of where it will be held.
Cost: $145 per person
Experience Level: Beginner
Class is for 18 years and over
What to expect:
A warm welcome with a complimentary glass of non alcoholic bubbles or juice
Please allow 2.5-3 hours for the workshop
A fun relaxed atmosphere
Aprons will be provided
Small group size - maximum of 6
Expert tips and tricks
Light refreshments and water included
What you’ll learn:
Demonstration of how I make my Swiss Meringue Buttercream
Colouring buttercream techniques how to go from pastel to bold colours
How I use 3 complimentary colours to create a pretty cupcake
We’ll talk about the best colours to use
You’ll learn how to use my three favourite piping tips and piping demonstration
How to prepare, fill and hold your piping bag
Piping practice before decorating your cupcakes
Every student will receive:
Six (6) vanilla cupcakes ready for decorating and a box to take home your masterpiece to share with friends and family (or not!)
My favourite vanilla cupcake recipe
All supplies required to decorate your cupcakes including buttercream, and sprinkles
A brand new skillset which can be put to use as soon as you get home
Light refreshments
Complimentary glass of non alcoholic bubbles or juice
**Beginner packs will be available for an extra cost at the end of the class. The beginner pack will include piping bags, the 3 tips used in class, Colour Mill colours, sprinkle spoon and sprinkles.
